Most Items are made to order, so the manufacture time including delivery will take 4 - 6 weeks from the date of payment.

If an item has specific additional features that require more attention or require a process that is not standard, the manufacture time including delivery will take 6 -8 weeks from the date of payment.

If we have an item in stock it will be dispatched after payment has been made and funds cleared.

It is our priority to deliver high-quality products to our clients within the time allotted to the order. However there might be constraints around materials, time, workload and capacity that are out of our control. If we encounter any production delays we will let you know and getting your order to you will remain our priority.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout depending on the area and location.

The delivery date and time will be communicated via the delivery company. If you have a specific date that you want the item delivered on, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.
