Situated on the eastern seaboard of South Africa, the two luxury penthouse apartments have unparalleled views of the ocean. The interior took its cue from the surrounding environment, with a subtle nautical influence seen in the colour palette, furniture design, meandering passageways and sculpted bulkheads.
The use of exotic marble slabs, custom inlaid timber and Venetian-style blown glass added visual texture and gave the feeling of being underwater. Cove lighting rendered a dramatic effect throughout each living area.
A colour palette of navy, charcoal, biscuit and dark chestnut timber for apartment 1 contrasted with apartment 2, which had cool turquoise, sea foam, white, gold and light oak.
Each apartment has a private pool deck with a custom-designed bar and kitchen.
