Our furniture is made to order with the utmost care and attention taken throughout the manufacturing process to make sure they live up to our quality standards. Generally we allow 4-6 weeks excluding delivery for all orders. However if we can get your order to you sooner we will do so. Upon receiving your order we will confirm the estimated date of delivery.

If your towels are very wet, always ring them out as much as possible before hanging on the rail. Timber is a natural product and therefore needs occasional care. If you notice the rails are discoloring or perhaps getting mould spots due to excessive moisture, unscrew the rails, sand lightly with a 100 grit sand paper and apply preferably a marine sealer that will repel moisture. For general purposes, clean using non-abrasive, damp, soft cloth. Do not use any detergents. Make sure item is dry when complete.
