THE FLOATING SHELF
Ahh, the joy we get when looking at a shelf that effortlessly appears to float off a wall. It’s certainly not a new concept, the floating shelf, but definitely one that has been very poorly executed commercially. There are few things worse, than setting up a shelf and then have it sag under its own weight. With this in mind we designed a shelf with a purpose built bracket that secures the shelf to the wall with no sagging. It is easy to install but more importantly does not add to the visual weight of the shelf, so the timber still looks like it is floating independently. The shelf is constructed in solid Oak or black Ofram with a natural finish. The bracket is 2mm steel with a black powder coated finish.
Our furniture is generally made to order. The utmost care and attention is taken throughout the manufacturing process to make sure each item lives up to our quality standards. Generally we allow 4-6 weeks excluding delivery for all orders. However if we can get your order to you sooner, in some cases we may have stock on hand, we will do so. Upon receiving your order we will confirm the estimated date of delivery.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Clean timber using non-abrasive damp soft cloth. Do not use any detergents. Make sure item is dry when cleaning is complete.
